EonMailer is a product of Intuitix ( intuitix.ai ). The legal entity responsible for this service is Intuitix Nexis Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Agencies trust us with operational data and, on their instructions, contact audiences. This policy explains what we collect on https://eonmailer.com and in the app at https://app.eonmailer.com, and the pains we’re careful not to create: selling lists, mixing client data, or surprising billing use of card data.

Problems this policy addresses

  • “Who controls the list?” — You (the agency) remain controller of customer content; we process it to provide the service.
  • “Will you sell our contacts?” — No. We do not sell personal information.
  • “Where do cards live?” — Payment metadata is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Who we serve

EonMailer is a business product for agencies and their client brands. We process account data for agency users and, on behalf of agencies, contact and campaign data they upload or collect through the product.

Information we collect

  • Account information (name, email, agency profile, billing identifiers).
  • Usage and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Customer content agencies store (contacts, campaigns, templates, reports).
  • Payment metadata processed by our payment provider.

How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the product.
  • To communicate about the service, billing, and security notices.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery (platform notifications), authentication, and payments. Agencies remain controllers of their contact lists; we process that data under their instructions.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records as required for the service and legal obligations. Agencies may export or delete customer content subject to product capabilities and law.

International transfers

Infrastructure may be hosted in regions we operate (including India / ap-south-1). By using the service you understand data may be processed in those regions with appropriate safeguards.
